If you are applying as a Company:

• A Cover Letter outlining the operations of the Company
• Full Incorporation Documents: Share Certificates, Register of Members, Register of Directors, Memorandum & Articles of Association, and Certificate of Incorporation.
• Note for BVI-owned companies: Your uploaded corporate documents must legally prove that at least 60% of shareholders and 60% of directors are BVIslanders.

• Application Type: Specify if this is your first license, an additional license, or a change of details (and exactly how many licenses you are applying for).

• Business Details: Proposed Business Name, specific physical location, and description of the business activity.

• Applicant's Personal Info: Full Name, Mailing Address, Date & Place of Birth, Nationality, Social Security Number, and your preferred method of communication (Home, Work, Cell, or Email).

• Your Role: Declare if you are the Owner, Manager, Director, or an Agent (if you are an agent, you must provide your full name).

• Company Specifics (If registering as a firm/corporation): Date of Incorporation, names and nationalities of all Directors, names and nationalities of all Shareholders, and your source of financing (Personal, Bank, or Other).

• Employment: Expected number of employees.
