If I am unsuccessful, can I request feedback?
Body

Yes, if your tender application is unsuccessful, you have the right to request feedback from the Procurement Unit.

How to request feedback:

  • Submit a written request to the Procurement Unit via email at procurement@gov.vg.
  • Clearly state the tender reference and ask for specific reasons why your bid was not selected.
  • Allow some time for a response, as procurement officers may be handling multiple tenders simultaneously.

Why request feedback?

  • To understand the evaluation process and areas where your bid fell short.
  • To improve future submissions by addressing weaknesses.
  • To identify competitive gaps and areas for business improvement.

The government encourages participation and aims to maintain a fair, transparent process. Constructive feedback can be valuable for future tendering opportunities.
