In order to receive your bill via email you would have to supply the Water and Sewerage Department with your email address by contacting customer service by phone or visiting the physical location. Check the department contact details below for further information.
The department will send an email when the bill is available. Check your email inbox, including your junk mail, for an electronic copy of the bill.

You can sign into your online account on the PAYGOV website where you can view or download your bill. If you don't have an account, you would need to register an account. On the PAYGOV website click the "My Account" section and select "Click here to Request Access". In order to register, you will need the following information:
1. Your Name and Email Address - Enter the email address you would like to use to log into your account.
2. Your Customer Number - To locate your customer number please see a recent bill provided by the Water and Sewerage department. (e.g., a Water & Sewage invoice)
3. A recent Invoice Number associated with your Customer Number - Any invoice number provided within the last twelve months.
If you already have an account on the PAYGOV website, select "My Account" and enter your email address and password that you used during your sign-up process. After signing into your account, you will be able to view a list of bills related to this account.

If you have signed up for your water bill to be delivered to your email address, the Water and Sewerage Department will send you two emails,
1) with the current bill and
2) the "pay now" link.
The bill email includes details such as the due amount, date, and water usage
The secondary email you receive has a button that says ‘Pay Now’ which you can use to complete your payment.
The "Pay Now" button will open a secure portal on your browser with the bill needing to be paid. On the next page, the customer has the option to change the amount to be paid. Once the customer has entered their amount, the customer will then select the payment option on the next page
The pop-up window will be displayed, and the customer will need to fill in the payment information. Once information is entered select continue to process payment
Upon selecting "Process Payment" the payment is verified.
If the payment process is successful, the customer will see a confirmation page and receive an email confirming the payment.
Register to the PAYGOV Website
To pay via the PAYGOV website, the customer needs to first register for an PAYGOV account, using the person's name that is on the account. They will be prompted to provide their account number or invoice number as part of the registration process.
Create Log-In Information
After providing the necessary account or invoice details, the customer creates a unique log-in email and password. This establishes their secure access to the PAYGOV website for future interactions.
Access bills and Select bills for Payment
Upon successfully logging onto the PAYGOV website, the customer gains access to a dashboard or portal where they can manage their account. Here, they can view a list of all bills related to their account number.
They can then select the specific bill(s) they wish to pay. This might be the most recent bill or any outstanding balance. Clicking on the chosen bill brings up a detailed view, including the amount due, due date, and payment options.
From here, the customer can proceed with the payment process. They will be presented with fields to input their payment information. After confirming the details, the system processes the payment, and the customer receives confirmation of the successful transaction.
