Private Sector Job Listings

The Private Sector Job Listings service provides a centralised platform for viewing current employment opportunities within the private sector in the Virgin Islands. These listings are submitted to the Labour Department by employers and are updated regularly to support local job seekers—especially Belongers and residents—in finding meaningful employment.

Whether you're looking for work in hospitality, construction, retail, finance, or administrative services, this service helps you stay informed about open positions and how to apply.

Eligibility

You can access and apply for job listings if:

You are a Belonger, permanent resident, or legal resident of the Virgin Islands
You are 16 years or older and legally eligible to work in the Territory
You are registered with the Labour Department’s Job Placement Programme (optional but recommended)

Employers submitting listings must be:

Legally registered businesses in the Virgin Islands
In compliance with Labour and Immigration regulations
Advertising roles for which no qualified Belonger is available
