Submit a Consent to Restore Request

A Consent to Restore Request allows an applicant to request the Government's consent for the restoration of a dissolved company under the BVI Business Companies Act.

Requests must be submitted electronically using the Company Restoration Portal. Effective 31 July 2026, Consent to Restore Requests will no longer be accepted by email.

Public Sector Debt - Quarterly Bulletin 2026

The Quarter One 2026 Public Sector Debt Quarterly Bulletin provides an overview of the British Virgin Islands' public sector debt as of the end of March 2026, highlighting the government's debt profile, composition, servicing, interest rate structure, and maturity.
