The Government of the British Virgin Islands invites tenders for the collection of solid waste across six designated zones in Tortola, covering various communities such as Prospect Reef, Road Reef, Huntum’s Ghut, Baugher’s Bay, Long Look, and Hope Hill. Interested tenderers must submit a completed Form of Tender along with proof of good standing regarding taxes, social security, national health insurance, company registration, and a valid 2025 Trade License or Certificate of Good Standing, depending on their business type. Tender documents can be requested via email, and a virtual pre-tender meeting will be held on July 9, 2025. Bids, including one original and three copies plus a flash drive, must be submitted in sealed envelopes by 10:00 a.m. on July 29, 2025, at the Ministry of Finance’s Procurement Unit. Tenders will be publicly opened at 11:00 a.m. that day, with bidders invited to attend virtually. The Government reserves the right to accept or reject any tender and will not cover tender-related costs.
