The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the Air Condition Installation at the Joyce Samuel Primary School located in Belle Vue, Tortola, Virgin Islands.

The service is intended to support the up-keep and necessary maintenance of the school.

As part of the procurement process, all tenderers are required to attend a site visit on Wednesday, 25th March, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.  to assess the existing conditions, requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour needed.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Air Condition Installation at the Joyce Samuel Primary School”.
