The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the cleaning and maintenance of air conditioning (AC) units at the Jost Van Dyke Primary School.

The contract will include quarterly cleaning, inspections, and preventive maintenance of all AC units at the school for a one-year period, ensuring a comfortable and well-maintained learning environment.

Interested tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit to assess the installation area, scheduled for Tuesday, 14th October, 2025 at 10:00 a.m.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, "The Cleaning and Maintenance of AC Units at the Jost Van Dyke Primary School (JVDSP)."
