The Department of Immigration is pleased to announce that, effective 1 November 2025, it will begin offering Saturday services by appointment only, between the hours of 9:30am and 1:30pm weekly.

This initiative is part of the Department’s ongoing commitment to improving accessibility and convenience for the public. Saturday operations will allow customers greater flexibility in managing their immigration matters.

Services available on Saturdays at the Departments Processing Unit only will include:

• Extensions to Entry Permits (Workers, Dependents, etc.)
• Extensions to Landing Permits (Visitors)

Appointments must be scheduled in advance through the Department of Immigration. Customers are reminded to arrive on time and to bring all required documents and applicable fees to avoid delays in service.

Chief Immigration Officer, Mrs. Nadia Demming-Hodge, said the introduction of Saturday services reflects the Department’s focus on customer service and efficiency. “We understand that many of our clients have demanding schedules and work in industries that require them to be away from the mainland during the week. By offering Saturday appointments, we aim to make it easier for residents and visitors to access our services in a way that fits their needs. This initiative underscores the Departments commitment to enhancing service delivery and supporting the needs of the public we serve.”
