The Department of Trade, Investment Promotion and Consumer Affairs is reminding the public that it has relocated to the Ward Building on James Walter Francis Drive in Road Town, Tortola

As the elevator at the Ward Building is currently out of service, a temporary service outlet has been opened at the Customer Services Care Centre in the Burhym Building on DeCastro Street, opposite Bobby’s Supermarket.

The temporary outlet is now open and is available for:

• Trade licence renewals
• Drop-off of new trade licence applications

The Department thanks the public for its understanding and will provide updates when elevator services at the Ward Building have been restored. For further information, persons may contact the department at 468-2008 or via email at bvitrade@gov.vg.
