The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the Elmore Stoutt High School Air Condition Cleaning Project located in Road Town, Tortola, Virgin Islands.

The service is intended to support the up-keep and necessary maintenance of the school.

As part of the procurement process, all tenderers are required to attend a site visit on Wednesday, 25th March, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. to assess the existing conditions, requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour needed.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Elmore Stoutt High School AC Cleaning Project”.
