The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting qualified contractors to submit tenders for the cleaning and maintenance of thirty-two (32) air conditioning units.
The units are located at Zone 2 schools namely: Alexandrina Maduro Primary School (AMPS), Enid Scatliffe Pre-Primary School (ESPPS), and Enis Adams Primary School (EAPS).
This initiative aims to ensure continued comfort and air quality within the learning environments across the three schools by providing consistent and professional maintenance of all installed AC units. The purpose of the works is to support the upkeep and necessary maintenance of the schools’ systems over a one-year engagement period, with four full services annually.
Interested parties are required to conduct a site visit in advance of tendering, in order to assess the existing conditions and gain a full understanding of the project requirements.
Tender documents must include:
- A completed Form of Tender
- Detailed Tender Pricing
- Extended Scope of Works
- Any supporting documentation as requested

Deadline for submissions:
Friday, August 15, 2025, at 2:00 P.M.
Late submissions will not be considered.
The ministry will evaluate tenders based on pricing, relevant experience, proposed schedules, and documentation of good standing. Only the most suitable and cost-effective tender will be selected for contract negotiations.
