The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the Perimeter Rails Repairs At The Joyce Samuel Primary School located in Belle Vue, Tortola.

The service is intended to support the up-keep and necessary maintenance of the school.

As part of the procurement process, all tenderers are required to attend a site visit on Thursday, 21st May, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. to assess the existing conditions, requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour needed.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Joyce Samuel Primary School – Perimeter Rails Repairs”.
