The public is notified that a portion of Blackburn Highway in the vicinity of Parham Town Bridge to the Queen Elizabeth II Bridge in East End, Tortola will be closed from 9:00a.m to 12 noon on Saturday 20th September 2025.
The purpose of this road closure is to facilitate the funeral service for the late Mrs. Zelia Frett, being held at the East End Methodist Church.
Normal traffic flow will resume at 12:30p.m. Any inconvenience caused is regretted.
