The Government of the Virgin Islands is actively engaged in formal constitutional negotiations with the United Kingdom to modernise The Virgin Islands Constitution Order, 2007. Premier and Minister of Finance Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley will be addressing the nation on Tuesday, September 22, on “Negotiating a new Virgin Islands Constitution.”
