The public is cordially invited to the 31st Commemorative Celebration for our National Hero, the late Honourable H. Lavity Stoutt.

The event will be held on Monday, 9th March, 2026, 9am, at the Cappoons Bay Cemetery to honour the legacy of the Territory's first Chief Minister.

The ceremony will feature the 412 Shekinah House of Prayer Speech Choir, the laying of wreaths, keynote remarks by Premier, Honourable Dr. Natalio D. Wheatley, and more.

The theme is: A Legacy in Motion - The Generation Yet Unborn.
