The Members and Staff of the House of Assembly of the Virgin Islands extend sincere condolences to the family, friends, and colleagues of Officer Dikembe Vanterpool on his passing.

We join the wider community in mourning this loss and in recognizing his dedicated service and commitment. His contributions will be remembered, and his legacy will endure in the lives he touched.
