The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the Rental of Kiosks to provide healthy food vendor services at the Bregado Flax Educational Centre (Primary and Secondary Divisions) located in the Valley, VIRGIN GORDA, Virgin Islands.

The service is intended to provide a healthy food vendor service for approximately 400 students at the Bregado Flax Educational Centre (Primary and Secondary Divisions).

As part of the procurement process, all tenderers are required to attend a site visit on Monday, 7th September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. to assess the existing conditions, requirements of the Works, and determine the equipment, materials, and labour needed.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Plumbing Maintenance Services for Public Schools in Zone 5: Jost Van Dyke Primary School (JVDPS)”.
