The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the repair and repainting of the basketball court at the Virgin Islands School of Technical Studies (VISTS), located in Baughers Bay, Tortola. 

The project is intended to rehabilitate and upgrade the existing outdoor sports court to improve safety, enhance playability, and extend the lifespan of the facility.

The scope of works includes surface repairs to address cracks uneven areas, and drainage issues; installation of a new acrylic resurfacing system, regulation line markings for both basketball and volleyball, and replacement of damaged basketball rims and nets. 

As part of the procurement process, interested tenderers are required to attend a mandatory site visit on Tuesday, 16th December 2025 at 10:00 a.m., to assess existing conditions and determine the equipment, materials, and labour required to complete the works. 

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, "Virgin Islands School of Technical Studies (VISTS) Basketball Court Repair and Repainting."
