The public is notified that various roads in Road Town Tortola will have traffic interruptions on Monday 27th July from 7:00p.m to 8:30p.m. The traffic interruptions will occur on the following roads:

• Commencing at Lloyd Drive (Directly behind the Ralph T. O’Neal Administration Complex turning left unto Administration Drive.
• At the traffic light turning right unto Waterfront Drive continuing to the roundabout, at the roundabout turning left unto James Walter Francis Drive.
• James Walter Francis Drive turning right into the Festival Grounds.

The purpose of these traffic interruptions is to facilitate the procession of the Annual Torchlight Procession from behind the Ralph T. O’Neal Administration Building to the Festival Grounds.
