The Government of the Virgin Islands, through the Ministry of Education, Youth Affairs and Sports, is inviting tenders for the provision of transportation services for secondary students attending the Bregado Flax Educational Centre (BFEC) who reside in North Sound, Virgin Gorda.

The service is intended to provide safe and reliable daily transportation, helping to reduce costs for parents and ensure equitable access to education for students living beyond walking distance from the school.

The successful tenderer will be required to provide duly licensed and insured vehicles, qualified drivers, and proof of good standing with relevant authorities, including the Social Security Board, National Health Insurance, and Inland Revenue. Health and safety standards, including regular vehicle cleaning and maintenance, must also be demonstrated.

The engagement will run for one year, from October 2025 to June 2026.

Tenderers must submit one (1) original and one (1) copy of the tender and supporting documents in a sealed envelope clearly marked, “Supply of Transportation Services for Bregado Flax Educational Centre Secondary Students: North Sound to the Bregado Flax Educational Centre.”
