The Department of Waste Management is advising the Virgin Gorda community that the dumpsite will be open on Sundays beginning 7 December from 6:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m. until further notice.

Individuals and businesses who take their waste directly to the dumpsite are advised not to dump at the site during instances of heavy rains or when the terrain is such that waste cannot be taken directly onto the site.  Personnel will be onsite to ensure that the garbage is being dumped in designated areas.
