The Department of Waste Management is accepting quotations for the Supply and Installation of eleven (11) solar security weatherproof IP outdoor cameras and three (3) indoor security IP cameras to be installed at the Pockwood Pond Incinerator, Waste Oil Facility (Sea Cow’s Bay), and The Valley Dumpsite, Virgin Gorda.
The security cameras should meet the following minimum specifications:
- One year maintenance Connectivity – Wi-Fi or 4G
- Video Quality – 2K
- Video Capture Format – MP4
- Power Source – Solar (applicable for outdoor)
- Night Vision capability
- Internal Memory Storage capability
Interested businesses should submit duplicate copies of their submission in a sealed envelope with the name of the company and reference “Supply of security outdoor and indoor cameras for DWM” with the following documents enclosed:
- Quotation to supply eleven (11) solar security weatherproof outdoor cameras and three (3) indoor security camera.
- Pictures of the outdoor and indoor camera.
- Product specification/details for outdoor and indoor camera.
- A Certificate of Good Standing from the Inland Revenue Department, Social Security Board and National Health Insurance or equivalent if an international tenderer
- Valid Trade License 2025 or equivalent if an international tenderer
Interested tenderers are asked to attend a mandatory site visit at Pockwood Pond Incinerator, Waste Oil Facility (Sea Cow’s Bay) and Virgin Gorda dumpsite and determine the placement of security cameras to ensure an appropriate methodology for the supply and installation of the cameras.
Interested tenderers are asked to attend a site visit on the respective dates:
- Virgin Gorda - July 7 at 12 noon.
- Waste Oil Facility (Sea Cow’s Bay) - July 8 at 9:00 a.m.
- Pockwood Pond - July 8 at 10:00 a.m.
The deadline for submission of quotation is July 17, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. All quotations should be hand-delivered to the Department of Waste Management Office located on the 2nd Floor, Union Property Building Botanic Station on Tortola.
