Request an amendment if your name, address or occupation is missing, incorrect or has changed, and state how the voters list should be corrected.
Object to a name on the Preliminary List
You may submit a Notice of Objection if you are qualified and listed as a voter and wish to object to another person’s inclusion on the voters list for your electoral district.
Provide Personal Information for Your Elections Applications
Complete the Applicant Personal Information Form and submit it with your Voter Registration, Transfer of Registration, Notice of Claim or Notice of Objection Form.
