Title
Overview
The Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change provides a process for registering properties that are being advertised for sale in the Virgin Islands in connection with the Non-Belonger Land Holding Licence process.
The initiative was introduced to give properties for sale wider exposure within the Virgin Islands and to help more persons, particularly Belongers, younger persons and first-time land and homeowners, become aware of property available on the local real estate market.
The Ministry's form specifically states that property details should be submitted when the property is being advertised for sale under the Non-Belonger Land Holding Licence process.
This service is intended for persons or companies advertising property for sale in the Virgin Islands where the sale is associated with the Non-Belonger Land Holding Licence process.
