The Ministry describes the initiative as an additional way of exposing prospective property sales to a larger segment of the community, particularly younger persons and first-time landowner

About the property listings
Properties included in the initiative are submitted to the Ministry of Environment, Natural Resources and Climate Change by persons or companies advertising property for sale.
As part of the property registration process, sellers are asked to provide information such as:
- the parcel and block number;
- registration section;
- property size;
- locality;
- sale price;
- contact person or company;
- telephone number;
- a description of the land; and
- a link to the property's advertisement or listing.
The registration form also distinguishes between raw property and developed property and allows information about developed properties, such as bedrooms, bathrooms and other structures, to be provided.
The source material does not confirm that every piece of information collected on the registration form is displayed publicly on the map, so I would not say that all of these fields will necessarily appear in an individual map listing.

Property information shown through the mapping service relates to properties submitted through the Government's property sale initiative.
Users should contact the person or company associated with a property listing for information about its current availability and sale arrangements.
