Submit a written letter addressed to the Commissioner of Motor Vehicles indicating your intention to ship a vehicle out of the Territory.

What Information is Needed
Your letter must include the following information:
Shipping Details
- Date the vehicle will be shipped.
- Name of the vessel transporting the vehicle.
- Destination to which the vehicle will be shipped.
- Whether the vehicle will return to the Territory.
Vehicle Details
- Vehicle registration number.
- Type of vehicle.
- Chassis number.
- Year of the vehicle.
- Make of the vehicle.
- Approximate weight of the vehicle.
- Colour of the vehicle.
- Name of the registered owner or owners.

Service Fee
A fee of $15.00 is charged for the shipment letter.

Processing Time
The processing time is two (2) working days.
Applicants are encouraged to submit their requests ahead of their intended shipping date to allow sufficient time for processing.
