The public is notified that public feedback on the VI Crown Land Policy is now closed.

The public is invited to submit feedback on the proposed Belonger Status and Permanent Residence policy and the Stakeholder Report following consultations based on the independent reviewer’s report on granting Residence and Belonger status.

The Ministry of Finance is requesting that all company restoration filings be served on the Financial Secretary in accordance with the BVI Business Companies Act (2020 Revised Edition) (the "Act") as amended.

The official funeral of former legislator, Mr. Carvin Malone, will be held on Friday, February 2 at the Multi-purpose Sports Complex.
