Parents and guardians of children from ages 3 to 5 years old are notified that their children can access the daily learning sessions and meals between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
His Excellency the Governor Mr. Augustus Jaspert, in consultation with the Premier of the Virgin Islands Dr. the Honourable D. Orlando Smith, OBE and the Deputy Governor Mrs. Rosalie Adams, have decided to close all Government offices today, September 4 at 4:30 p.m.
The public is informed that the Local Authors’ Book Fair scheduled for Friday, September 8, has been postponed due to the expectancy of Hurricane Irma.

The public is advised that the Civil Registry & Passport Office’s Passport Office Division will be moving to the first floor of the Sakal Place located next to Tobacco Wharf.
Residents including boat owners, fishermen, and farmers are asked to put precautionary measures in place to protect and secure property due to the possible threat hurricane Irma now poses to the Virgin Islands.

The public is asked to note that services have resumed at the Magistrate’s Court in John’s Hole and also at Student Services and the UNESCO Offices located in the Ward Building.
