This service is for any licenced financial institution that issues or accepts a cheque or cheque form to be processed.

Process

Step 1: The Department issues a Quarterly Cheque Duty Declaration Form (F01).

Step 2: Complete the Quarterly Cheque Duty Declaration Form and return to the Inland Revenue Department with supporting documents.

Step 3: Government receipt will be issued and payment is immediately reflected on the account.

Additional Notes

  • The Cheque Declaration Form must be printed on a quarterly basis and mailed to the customer.
  • Deadline: Fifteen (15) days after the end of the quarter for which cheque duty is due. For example a return for the quarter ending February becomes due on, or before, March 15.
