This is a direct parcel delivery service out of Miami to the British Virgin Islands.


Step 1:  An email is sent to the customer, when their package is received at the Post Office. 

Step 2:  If an invoice is NOT needed for the package to clear Customs continue to Step 3.  If an invoice is needed, the customer must email the E-Zone section an official invoice for the item(s) in the package.

Step 3:  An email will be sent to customer when the package is ready for pick-up.

Step 4:  The customer comes into the office and completes a Collection Slip (Name, Date, Time).

Step 5:  The fee is collected from the customer.

Step 6:  The customer receives a eceipt and their package.
