Licensing of Motor Vehicle

Requirements to license a vehicle:

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Insurance certificate that is valid for no less than 3 months and no more than 1 year.

 

Process

Step 1: Present Vehicle and Insurance to the Inspection Officer for inspection.

Step 2: The inspector would go through the vehicle inspection check list.

Step 3: Upon passing of the inspection, the insurance certificate is stamped and endorsed by the officer.

Step 4: The customer would then proceed to the cashier to pay the licensing fee.

Step 5: A receipt is issued to take to the inspection officer.

Step 6: Proceed to the inspection area to receive a licensing sticker that is based on your insurance validity.

Additional Notes

Government Agencies: Bring the vehicle directly to the inspectors, then proceed into the office to update the information. Upon completion, return to the inspectors for the sticker to be placed on the vehicle.
