All Hands volunteers are featured as they assisted the Ministry of Health and Social Development with housing efforts. ‘All Hands and Hearts’ is a US-based nonprofit volunteer powered organisation dedicated to ‘Rebuilding Hope’ for people impacted by natural disasters and empowering disaster relief volunteers all over the world. In addition to offering their volunteer services to the Government of the Virgin Islands, they have also aided in the restoration of educational facilities affected by hurricanes Irma and Maria.
