The Commissioner of the Inland Revenue Department is reminding all taxpayers (employers and self-employed persons) that the 2015 Annual Return of Payroll Tax (Form P7) accompanied by the Record of Employees Remuneration and Tax Payable (Form P1) is to be submitted to the department no later than April 30.

Employers and self-employed persons are also reminded that the Return of Notional Remuneration and Financial Statement (Form 11) should have been submitted to the department by March 31. (Please note that a Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet should accompany this form.)

Failure of taxpayers to submit the relevant forms to the department will result in penalties being levied.
