Business owners, employers and managers are reminded to submit employment statistics of their businesses to the Labour Department to facilitate any services being requested.  Any employer who has not submitted the requested information will not be considered eligible to receive services from the department such as renewals or issuing of temporary and new work permits.

For the avoidance of doubt, the requested information is as follows:

  1. The status of businesses, whether they are operational or non-operational.
  2. Any staff changes, such as employees that may have been released or will be released and those that have been retained, along with their respective positions and immigration status.
  3. Any changes to the job descriptions of all employees.
  4. Any additional information that may be useful in the department’s assessment.
