BVI Forward will be the subject of conversation tonight during the radio talk show, Speak Out BVI which airs on ZBVI 780 AM from 8:00 p.m.

Tune in to learn more about the campaign to strengthen the financial services sector in the BVI and the progress made on the initiatives to date as well as plans for engaging the public and the categories of spokespersons who have been recruited to be part of the outreach efforts.

The BVI Forward spokespersons on tonight’s panel will include Director of the Financial Services Implementation Unit, Kedrick Malone; Partner at Conyers Dill & Pearman and BVI Forward Endorser, Robert Briant; Partner at Harneys and Member of Team BVI, Philip Graham; Tour Operator and BVI Forward Champion, Julio “Sam” Henry and Harneys Associate and BVI Forward Mentor, Kimberly Crabbe-Adams.

On Saturday, April 30, a similar BVI Forward panel will engage with teenagers on the popular show, Teen Talk which also airs on ZBVI Radio from 10:00 a.m.

The BVI Forward education and awareness campaign will also include bi-weekly newspaper columns, public services announcements on radio and television and regular social media updates on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube. Additionally, all of the information disseminated during the campaign will be available on the BVI Forward website, www.bviforward.vg.

The ultimate goal of the BVI Forward outreach is to increase awareness among the BVI population and develop a greater understanding of financial services, its importance of to the BVI economy and its impact on the daily lives of residents.
