The Ministry of Health and Social development is recruiting two experienced Quantity Surveyors (QS) to provide support to the Housing Recovery Assistance Programme.

Qualified applicants will assist in developing technical assessments and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) and evaluate the required repairs and their related costs for each house targeted by the programme.

Coordinator of the Housing Recovery Unit, Ms. Alisia Browne said that the surveyors will manage the arrangement of any practical and administrative services to deliver the related BoQs of the programme.

The successful candidates will liaise with the Coordinator of the Housing Recovery Unit and the Ministry of Communication and Works’ Technical Team.

Applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree or accredited professional qualification in quantity surveying and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in quantity surveying.  The appointment will be to the term of a three-month period.
