In order to better serve our clients safely, the Ministry of Health and Social Development will temporarily adjust our services that can be provided to our customers. The office will now offer an appointment only system from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

This includes services such as the Housing Recovery Assistance Programme, Non-Profit Organisations Registration, and funeral applications to name a few. Appointments can be made by contacting the Public Service Customer Service Care Centre via telephone at 468-3701 or online at www.bvips.org.
