Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health and Social Development Tasha Bertie at the Opening Ceremony of the Cane Garden Bay Community Centre on October 16 said:

“We are happy to celebrate what is a major milestone for the Ministry of Health and Social Development. Having had our challenges in seeing this project to completion, we are grateful that we can be here to handover this beautiful and modernized community centre to the people of the Cane Garden Bay community.
