Post box holders and persons receiving mail at General Delivery are asked to collect registered mail at the General Post Office in Road Town.

Once a registered item is received, a notice is placed in the customer’s mail and a valid form of identification is needed as proof of ownership before the item is released.

Persons are asked to collect all registered items at the Road Town location as failure to do so will lead to the return of the registered items to the sender.

The public is also reminded that since the passage of Hurricanes Irma and Maria, all mail destined for the island of Tortola is to be collected at the General Post Office .
