Minister for Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration, Honourable Vincent Wheatley, Chief Executive Officer in the Recovery and Development Agency, Mr. Paul Bayly and Mr. William Driver of Sand Dollar Marine Consultants signed a contract inclusive of installation of 26 Sea Markers throughout the Virgin Islands to restore and establish equipment crucial to the safe passage of vessels in the Virgin Islands. The contract signed was in the amount of $327,310.76 and is set to be completed in six months. This project is led by the Ministry of Natural Resources, Labour and Immigration in cooperation with BVI Ports Authority (BVIPA) and the Virgin Islands Shipping Registry (VISR).
