His Excellency, the Governor, Daniel Pruce, Premier and Minister of Finance, Hon. Dr. Natalio D. Wheatley, Minister for Health and Social Development, Hon. Vincent O. Wheatley and Financial Secretary, Mr. Jeremiah Frett are pictured as they paid courtesy visits to the government's Records Management Centre, located at the old Clarence Thomas Limited building in Pasea Estate.

The Centre, which is a unit under the Office of the Deputy Governor, is responsible for the cleaning, organising and filing of all Government records. A key component of the Centre's work is the sanitisation and reorganisation of records that were impacted during the passage of Hurricanes Irma and Maria in 2017.

Additionally, the Centre is working to introduce a new classification system for the Public Service's records, which will provide an efficient method for filing and storage.
