The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 122 Public Health (Covid-19 Control and  Suppression Measures) (No.4) (Amendment) (No. 9) Order, 2021, and Statutory Instrument No. 123 Imposition of a Curfew (No. 15) Order, 2021, are now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  These documents were published in an extraordinary issue of the Gazette No. 101 dated 1^st October, 2021.

The public is asked to take note that under Statutory Instrument No. 122, all night clubs and entertainment centres shall remain open, subject to all staff and patrons being partially or fully vaccinated. Also, patrons must show proof of vaccination.

The public is also asked to take note that under this Statutory Instrument No. 123, the Curfew is in effect between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily, from Monday, 4^th October, 2021 until Monday, 18^th October, 2021, subject to such conditions as stipulated in this Order.
