The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 69 Imposition of a Curfew (No. 8) Order, 2021, and Statutory Instrument No. 77 Public Health (Covid-19 Control and  Suppression Measures) (No.4) (Amendment) Order, 2021, are now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  These documents were published in two extraordinary issues of the Gazette dated 9^th July, 2021. S.I. No. 69 in Gazette No. 69, and S.I. No. 77 in Gazette No. 70.

The public is asked to take note that under Statutory Instrument No. 69, the Curfew is in effect between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily, from Friday, 9^th July, 2021 until Friday, 23^rd July, 2021, subject to such conditions as stipulated in this Order. 

The public is also asked to take note that under Statutory Instrument No. 77, all restaurants and other similar businesses will offer take-out service only, and all hairdressing salons, barber shops, gyms, bars, clubs, entertainment establishments, waxing studios, spas and massage parlours shall be closed.
