The Cabinet Office is notifying the public that Statutory Instrument No. 91 Public Health (Covid-19 Control and  Suppression Measures) (No.4) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order, 2021 and Statutory Instrument No. 94 Imposition of a Curfew (No. 9) Order, 2021, are now available on the Virgin Islands Official Gazette website at https://eservices.gov.vg/gazette/.  These documents were published on the 22^nd July, 2021. S.I. No. 91 in Gazette No. 77, and S.I. No. 94 in Gazette No. 78.

The public is asked to take note that under Statutory Instrument No. 91, all restaurants and other similar businesses will offer take-out service only, and all hairdressing salons, barber shops, gyms, bars, clubs, entertainment establishments, waxing studios, spas and massage parlours shall be closed through the 4^th August, 2021.

The public is also asked to take note that under Statutory Instrument No. 94, the Curfew is in effect between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. daily, from Friday, 23^rd July, 2021 until Friday, 6^th August, 2021, subject to such conditions as stipulated in this Order.
