Director of Customer Service, Ms. Kedimone Rubaine is featured as she conducted a series of customer service trainings with officers from the Social Security Board.

This training comes as the Office of the Deputy Governor prioritised the improvement of customer service over the past year. The sessions are being conducted through a streamlined approach to training and personnel development, leading to clients experiencing the same level of excellence across all offices in the Public Sector.

The Director of Customer Service regularly provides training to public officers through the Virgin Islands Public Service Learning Institute.
