Premier, Dr. the Honourable Natalio D. Wheatley and some members of his delegation attended a Caribbean Council Investment Roundtable where he gave a presentation setting out his vision for the Virgin Islands on trade and investment growth, challenges and opportunities, and key areas of priority and need.
