In August 2017, the Government of the Virgin Islands signed an agreement to collaborate with the Caribbean Telecommunications Union (CTU) on the development of a National Information Communications and Technology (ICT) Policy and Implementation Plan.

The Ministry of Communications and Works is now in the process of engaging the CTU to execute this agreement, and we are seeking stakeholders from within the private and public sectors to participate in the process.

Therefore, it would be very much appreciated if you would take part in this process, which will no doubt drive the improvement and development of ICT within the Territory.

An initial meeting with CTU has been set for Thursday, 29th November, 2018, from 1:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. in the Moorings' Conference Facility.
