The Environmental Health Division is informing all booth owners participating in Rena’s Festiville 70th Emancipation Festival that they must submit their festival booth registration forms to the Division by Wednesday, July 24.

Booth inspections are scheduled for Thursday, July 25 from 10:00 a.m to 3:00 p.m and will continue on Friday, July 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  Owners are asked to ensure all food equipment and appliances are installed prior to inspections.

Owners and food vendors are reminded of the following:

- No food preparation (e.g., cleaning of chicken, fish) is allowed on-site (festival booth, tent).

- No sleeveless shirts or short shorts.

- No unauthorized or uncertified individuals are allowed in the food booth.

- Food handlers’ cards must be present in the booth.
