1. The public is notified that effective Monday, 11^th May, 2020 the Gazette Unit, Cabinet Office will be operational between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  The deadline for submission of notices is 3:00 p.m. daily.

2. The Unit will continue to accept notice(s) and credit card payments (via e-mail) to facilitate the submission of notices and payments. The Virgin Islands Gazette is published weekly on Thursdays and the deadline for notices to be published in the week’s issue is Mondays by 3:00 p.m.

3. Companies will be able to submit their notices and cheques during operating hours.  Please note that we would prefer the use of credit card payment and submission of notice(s) via email to limit face-to-face contact.  But if you have to use a messenger please inform us accordingly.
